Join us and our friend Esme Saleh in our Creative Studio for a Saturday morning paper lampshade making workshop. Esme is a Los Angeles based artist Nickey Kehoe fans will recognize for her much beloved hand-painted taper candles. 

This introduction to traditional shade making will guide participants through design considerations, materials selection, and a step by step guide on how to craft their own bespoke paper shades. Guests will have their choice of using antique French wallpaper remnants or exclusive Nickey Kehoe wallpaper designs and leave the class with their selection of either (1) large lampshade or (2) sconce shades*.
Shade Dimensions
(2) Sconce: Top 3” W x Bottom 5”; 4.5” H
(1) Large Lampshade: Top 4" D x Bottom 8"; 6.25" H

*Course fee includes instruction, materials, and your choice of (1) large lampshade or (2) small sconce lampshades.

All large and fragile items including NK Collection pieces and vintage are eligible for shop or warehouse pick up as well as nationwide premium White Glove Delivery service which includes blanket wrapping and inside placement of all furniture pieces.

Please note that clients or third party couriers must provide their own packing materials. We are unable to provide packing materials or blanket wrapping, unless previously arranged with a salesperson.

White Glove Delivery
Large and fragile items including NK Collection pieces and vintage are eligible for local and nationwide delivery. Please select "White Glove Delivery" at checkout to request service. For questions, please contact webshop@nickeykehoe.com or 323.954-9300. Quotes provided online and in store are valid for 30 days.

International Shipments

All household and small fine art and vintage items are shipped internationally via UPS. Duties, taxes and UPS shipment costs are displayed at checkout. For international orders, please allow 48-72 hours to process before shipment.

We are unable to ship large & fragile vintage, furniture and fine art pieces outside of the continental US; however, you may arrange delivery to your domestic freight forwarder or receiving warehouse. Contact webshop@nickeykehoe.com for additional questions.
