An early harvest from 1000 year old Athenoeli olive trees gives this unfiltered oil a deep green hue. Carefully harvested by hand from one of the tallest and most historic mountains in Greece, Mount Taygetos, this oil boasts a rich, grassy nose with hints of fresh herbs and a round, buttery, peppery finish lauded by chefs.

Organic, unfiltered and cold pressed. Perfect for drizzling, sautéing, and baking.
