Delightful little, double tray French sewing set. 

Each set is covered in a floral re-edition of a fabric once printed at the factor at Jouy, founded in 1760 by Christophe Oberkampf. It was given the tile of Manufacture Royale by Louis XVI in 1783 and awarded the Legion of Honor by Napoleon I in 1806. It remained in the hands of the same family until the 1820s.

(1) pair scissors
(1) brass thimble
(1) Sajou tape measure
(1) seam ripper
(1) box of 200 fine fine dressmakers pins in matching motif
(6) cocoons of 150 meters of polyester sewing thread (yellow, lilac, pink, red, pistachio)
(1) booklet of 15 sewing needles
(3) Sajou storage cards for ribbons and threads.
