Incorrect or Damaged Items If an item arrives damaged or the incorrect product is received, please contact webshop@nickeykehoe.com and a pre-paid return label will be sent to you by email to make the return.
Once received, a refund will be paid to your original payment method. Funds are typically returned to the account within 1-2 business days after processing.
All household and small fine art and vintage items may be picked up in-store or shipped domestically and internationally via UPS Ground.
All large and fragile items including NK Collection pieces and vintage are eligible for shop or warehouse pickup as well as nationwide White Glove Delivery service.
