Online orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery while gift exchanges may be returned within 30 days of purchase. International shipments are considered final sale and ineligible for return.
While we completely understand that some items don't work out, we take great care in the packaging and shipment of each and every order. As such, entirely returned orders over $1000 will incur a 25% restocking fee to account for the considerable time, cost, and labor expended. As with all other returns based on customer preference, customers are responsible for return shipping and refunds are contingent on items arriving in their original packaging and condition.

All NK Collection, fine art, vintage, sale, "as-is" and internationally shipped items are considered final sale and ineligible for return. All custom, made to order items or those “direct shipped” from vendors, suppliers or workrooms are also ineligible for return, cancellation or exchange.

In order to reduce our shipping footprint, all mailed wood and fabric samples are yours to keep and do not need to be returned.
Returns & Exchanges
Gift receipt exchanges must occur within 30 days from original purchase date.
All return eligible items must be returned in their original condition and product packaging. Please note that, unless the item is received damaged, customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Delivery charges are not refunded for unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Once items are received by Nickey Kehoe, refunds are credited to the original form of payment and funds are typically available within 3-10 business days.
We advise using sufficient care and materials to ensure your returned item arrives undamaged and in its original condition. We do not assume responsibility for returned items that arrive damaged or reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.
International Shipments
We are unable to ship large & fragile vintage, furniture and fine art pieces outside of the continental US; however, you may arrange delivery to your domestic freight forwarder or receiving warehouse. Contact webshop@nickeykehoe.com for additional questions.
Quotes, Memos and Returns
Our Memo Service permits select in-store merchandise to be borrowed for 24-48 hours to help assist visualizing pieces in your environment. Nickey Kehoe extends a 24-hour window to non-trade clientele, while members of the Trade receive a 48 hour window, unless otherwise noted. Please note, a $1,500 merchandise minimum and credit card are required for a memo release. Use of merchandise in photoshoots or set design is not permitted.
Clients are fully liable for all memoed items and must return merchandise in the same condition as it left the store with all original tags and packaging intact and unopened. Items returned damaged, broken, dented, dinged, scratched, ripped, stained or otherwise modified will be charged the full retail value of the affected items using the credit card on file. Memos returned after the agreed upon timeframe are subject to a restocking fees.
All Trade Memos must be processed in person through the store where the memo was originally placed. For Trade clients interested in a memo, please contact info@nickeykehoe.com or call us at 323.954.9300.
Memos purchased and returned through our online store will be refunded as store credit minus a 20% restocking fee.
Incorrect or Damaged Items

A refund will be credited to your original form of payment following receipt and quality check of returned items and are typically available within 3-10 business days. Purchases made via Shop Pay follow our standard return policy.
Will it Fit
Customer or Customer representative is responsible to ensure all furniture being ordered & delivered fits thru all doorways, hallways & elevators prior to purchase. Once the order is placed – Nickey Kehoe does not cancel orders once placed. Nickey Kehoe bears no responsibility with regard to measuring or determining whether an item will fit or not. Furniture disassembly services available that can assist but payment for this service comes from the customer.
