Most items ship within 2-5 business days via UPS Ground. Select items such as Wallpaper and Fabric may ship via DHL while large or fragile items often ship White Glove Delivery Service. Shipping options and fees are displayed at checkout. For questions, contact us at webshop@nickeykehoe.com.

Online orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery while gifts may be exchanged or returned  within 30 days of purchase.

All NK Collection, fine art, vintage, and sale items are considered final sale and ineligible for return. All custom, made to order items or those “direct shipped” from vendors, suppliers or workrooms are also ineligible for return, cancellation or exchange.

Free, in-store pickup is available at checkout for items at our Los Angeles location. Simply select Local Pickup at checkout to retrieve items in-store. An email notification will be sent when your online pickup order is ready.
