Methods of Payment
All purchases must be paid in full. WeNickey Kehoe accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and G Pay for all orders placed online. Customer authorizes, understands, and agrees that all charges and fees as outlined in the Terms of Sale can be charged to the credit card provided at the time of sale.
Charges & Credits
Customer authorizes, understands, and agrees that all charges and fees as outlined in the Terms of Sale can be charged on the credit card provided at time of sale. Store credits are valid for use within 1 full year from credit date.
Store credits are non-transferrable and canmay only be used by the customer whose name appears on the original transaction / account and is not transferable to a second party.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales taxes will be charged based on the delivery address or store pick up location. We are required to collect sales tax if your order is shipping to CA, CT, FL, IL, MA, NJ, NY or WA.
If you seek a tax exemption, Nickey Kehoe requires a completed, current California Resale Certificate Form be submitted for each order where tax is removed. We do not keep forms on file. Tax will not be removed from quotes or invoices until a completed form is submitted and approved.
Shipping Options
We ship within the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. International shipment of small goods is available on a product by product basis* and all Duties and Taxes are charged at checkout. Our standard method of shipping is via UPS Ground; however, large and fragile items such as vintage, furniture and fine art may require premium White Glove Delivery service. We ask that you please allow 7-10 days from purchase date of shipment for delivery. If you would like to receive your orders sooner, please select 2 Day Shipping at checkout or contact our store at 323.954.9300.
Nickey Kehoe makes efforts to ship merchandise within 2 days of purchase. We are still a small business and it may take up to 2-4 days to process your order during peak shopping periods and holidays — thank you for your patience.
We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses as we ship via UPS.
Nickey Kehoe provides delivery of merchandise thru a number of different third-party delivery services. Nickey Kehoe is only a facilitator between the customer purchasing the merchandise and the delivery service being used. Nickey Kehoe is not an agent for either and has no liability with respect to the delivery service. However, in the event an item arrives damaged or incorrect, Nickey Kehoe will coordinate a replacement, credit or refund based on circumstances. Please note Nickey Kehoe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To report a missing package or file a claim, please contact UPS.
*Shipping rates to certain regions vary. Oversize items may require additional shipping or handling fees, which are displayed at checkout. In the event of a significant difference of shipping charges, you will be notified before your order ships and you must approve the additional charge.

Please note that clients or third party couriers must provide their own packing materials. We are unable to provide packing materials or blanket wrapping, unless previously arranged with a salesperson.
White Glove Delivery
All large and fragile items including NK Collection pieces and vintage are eligible for shop or warehouse pickup as well as nationwide premium White Glove Delivery service. Our White Glove Delivery service includes blanket wrapping and inside placement of all furniture pieces. Please select "White Glove Delivery" at checkout to request service. Standard Freight Delivery
Standard Freight Delivery (non-White Glove) orders will be delivered to a garage, porch or curbside. Delivery does not include the set-up or re-installation of any electrical equipment or home electronics. Standard Delivery does not include any assembly or removal of shipping material, such as wooden pallets, plastic wrap, or boxes. Nickey Kehoe coordinates deliveries using 3rd party services. Nickey Kehoe is not responsible for any damage that may occur once product is released to the shipping carrier. In the event an item arrives damaged, please contact your sales representative.
A “Proof of Delivery” will be provided at time of delivery and must be signed to ensure all goods have been inspected prior to signing and were received in good condition. Should any merchandise arrive damaged, it MUST be noted on the Proof of Delivery. Once the Proof of Delivery has been signed stating the merchandise arrived in good condition, Nickey Kehoe is not responsible for any repairs, replacements, exchanges, or returns. It is the recipient’s responsibility to inspect each item thoroughly at the time of delivery, and notate any irregularities. Issues found after the delivery service has left will be the responsibility of the customer.
Storage Policy
Nickey Kehoe is happy to hold furniture at our shop or warehouse for up to 2 weeks (10 business days) free of charge from its ready-for-pick up date. After 2 weeks (10 business days) have passed, Storage & Handling Fees will accrue at a rate of $150 per week. After 90 days, cancellation of order is at the discretion of Nickey Kehoe.
Storage Arrangements
If you know you need to make a longer term storage arrangement at the time of purchase, please reach out to delivery@nickeykehoe.com to receive a detailed storage fee invoice emailed to you upfront. It may also be combined with a delivery invoice.
We are happy to help you get your purchase into your home or its final destination as seamlessly and conveniently as possible.
Trade Memos and Returns
Our Memo Service permits select in-store merchandise to be borrowed for 24-48 hours to help assist visualizing pieces in your environment. Nickey Kehoe extends a 24-hour window to non-trade clientele, while members of the Trade receive a 48 hour window, unless otherwise noted. Please note, a $1,500 merchandise minimum and credit card are required for a memo release. Use of merchandise in photoshoots or set design is not permitted.
Clients are fully liable for all memoed items and must return merchandise in the same condition as it left the store with all original tags and packaging intact and unopened. Items returned damaged, broken, dented, dinged, scratched, ripped, stained or otherwise modified will be charged the full retail value of the affected items using the credit card on file. Memos returned after the agreed upon timeframe are subject to a restocking fee.
All Trade Memos must be processed in person through the store where the memo was originally placed. For Trade clients interested in a memo, please contact info@nickeykehoe.com or call us at 323.954.9300.
Memos purchased and returned through our online store will be refunded as store credit minus a 20% restocking fee.
Returns
Orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery while gift exchanges may be returned within 30 days of purchase. International shipments are considered final sale and ineligible for return.
Sale, "as-is", fine art, made to order and one-of-a-kind items are ineligible for return. This includes:

Unless the item is received damaged, customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Delivery charges are not refunded for unsuccessful delivery attempts. Nickey Kehoe does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages that have been lost in transit without proof of delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are credited to the original form of payment, less any applicable delivery, pick up, or restocking fees , and are typically available within 3-10 business days following receipt and quality check of returned items.
While we completely understand that some items don't work out, we take great care in the packaging and shipment of each and every order. As such, entirely returned orders over $1000 will incur a 25% restocking fee to account for the considerable time, cost, and labor expended. As with all other returns based on customer preference, customers are responsible for return shipping and refunds are contingent on items arriving in their original packaging and condition.
International Shipments
All household and small fine art and vintage items are shipped internationally via UPS. Duties, taxes and UPS shipment costs are displayed at checkout. For international orders, please allow 48-72 hours to process before shipment.

International Returns
Due to the high carbon footprint of processing international returns, we are unable to accept the return of items purchased and shipped internationally. If an item arrives broken or the incorrect item is received, please contact us at webshop@nickeykehoe.com and we'll be happy to help provide a refund for the item or arrange for a replacement.
Backorders
Occasionally there are times when items become back-ordered. In the event of a back-order, you will be notified via e-mail of the estimated arrival time. For questions regarding your order please contact us at 323.954.9300 or e-mail us at webshop@nickeykehoe.com.
Special Order Lead Times
Lead times quoted at the time of purchase are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Nickey Kehoe will provide ample notification of any anticipated delays in lead time. Lead/delivery times are not guaranteed and do not qualify as a reason for a return, cancellation or exchange. · Delays such as defective fabric (in-stock or COM) may affect lead-time. If an issue should arise with the fabric of choice – please be advised that the lead time is subject to change.
Will it Fit
Please note Customers or Customer representatives are responsible for ensuring all furniture being ordered & delivered fits thru all doorways, hallways & elevators prior to purchase. Nickey Kehoe does not cancel furniture orders once placed. Nickey Kehoe bears no responsibility with regard to measuring or determining whether an item will fit or not.
Privacy Policy
At NickeyKehoe we will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone. Information submitted to us is only available to our employees and contracted service providers that are processing your order or tending to your other requests. Any information and data we gather is only used to learn more about customers so Nickey · Kehoe can better serve you in the future. If changes to this privacy policy are made, they will be posted on our website promptly.
Security
All transactions on shop.nickeykehoe.com take place via a secure SSL encrypted server link. Credit/debit card information is not stored on our database. You will notice that the URL reads https:// when completing your transaction. This indicates a secure URL. This software is the industry standard and run by the servers at shopify.com. Please contact us anytime if you have any questions regarding the security of our site, but we can assure you that we have taken the required measures to insure it as such.
Warranties by You
