Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and G Pay for all orders placed online.
Charges & Credits
Customer authorizes, understands, and agrees that all charges and fees as outlined in the Terms of Sale can be charged on the credit card provided at time of sale. Store credits are valid for use within 1 full year from credit date.
Store credits can only be used by customer whose name appears on the original transaction / account and is not transferable to a second party.
Sales tax at the standard statewide rate of 7.50% is applicable on all orders shipped to addresses in California plus any additional California county or municipal sales taxes associated with the shipping address (e.g. Los Angeles County clients will be charged 7.50% CA tax + 1.50% LA County Tax = 9.00%). Orders shipped outside of California are sales tax-exempt.
If you seek a tax exemption, Nickey Kehoe requires a completed, current California Resale Certificate Form be submitted for each order where tax is removed. We do not keep forms on file. Tax will not be removed from quotes or invoices until a completed form is submitted and approved.
We ship within the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska and Internationally*. Our standard method of shipping is via UPS Ground. We ask that you please allow 7-10 days from purchase date of shipment for delivery. If you would like to receive your orders sooner, please select 2 Day Shipping at checkout or contact our store at 323.954.9300.
Nickey Kehoe makes efforts to ship merchandise within 2 days of purchase. We are still a small business and it may take up to 2-4 days to process your order during peak shopping periods and holidays — thank you for your patience.
We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses as we ship via UPS.
Nickey Kehoe provides delivery of merchandise thru a number of different third-party delivery services. Nickey Kehoe is only a facilitator between the customer purchasing the merchandise and the delivery service being used. Nickey Kehoe is not an agent for either and has no liability with respect to the delivery service. However, in the event an item arrives damaged or incorrect, Nickey Kehoe will coordinate a replacement, credit or refund based on circumstances.
Nickey Kehoe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To report a missing package or file a claim, please contact UPS. For Signature Upon Delivery, make a note at checkout or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Shipping rates to certain regions vary. Oversize items may require additional handling fees, which are displayed at checkout. In the event of a significant difference of shipping charges, you will be notified before your order ships and you must approve the additional charge.

Please note that clients or third party couriers must provide their own packing materials. We are unable to provide packing materials or blanket wrapping, unless previously arranged with a salesperson.
White Glove Delivery
All large and fragile items including NK Collection pieces and vintage are eligible for shop or warehouse pickup as well as nationwide premium White Glove Delivery service. Our White Glove Delivery service includes blanket wrapping and inside placement of all furniture pieces. Please select "White Glove Delivery" at checkout to request service. After 1 week (5 business days) your furniture is not picked up, or no delivery arrangement has been communicated, you will incur a Transfer Fee of $50.00 to have the item(s) trucked to our DTLA warehouse due to our limited space at the shop.
Transfer & Storage Fees
After 2 weeks (10 business days) have passed from the Date of Purchase, Storage/Handling Fees will accrue at a rate of $150 per week at our warehouse. After 90 Days, cancellation of order is at the discretion of Nickey Kehoe.

If you know you need to make a longer term storage arrangement at the time of purchase, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a detailed storage fee invoice emailed to you upfront. It may also be combined with a delivery invoice.

Trade Memos and Returns
All Trade Memos must be processed through our store, located at 7266 Beverly Blvd. For Trade clients interested in a memo or stylists seeking product for a shoot, please contact email@example.com or call us at 323.954.9300.
Memos purchased and returned through our online store will be refunded as store credit minus a 20% restocking fee.
Items purchased online may be returned for a full refund within 21 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. To begin a return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once items are received by Nickey Kehoe, refunds are credited to the original form of payment. This is typically received within 1-2 business days.
Unless the item is received damaged, customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Delivery charges are not refunded for unsuccessful delivery attempts.
While we completely understand that some items don't work out, we take great care in the packaging and shipment of each and every order. As such, entirely returned orders over $1000 will incur a 25% restocking fee to account for the considerable time, cost, and labor expended. As with all other returns based on customer preference, customers are responsible for return shipping and refunds are contingent on items arriving in their original packaging and condition.
All NK Collection, fine art, vintage, sale, "as-is" and internationally shipped items are considered final sale and ineligible for return. All custom, made to order items or those “direct shipped” from vendors, suppliers or workrooms are also ineligible for return, cancellation or exchange.
Gift receipt exchanges must occur within 30 days from original purchase date.
Merchandise may also be returned in person at our store on Beverly. Blvd. in Los Angeles. Nickey Kehoe does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Due to the high carbon footprint of processing international returns, we are unable to accept the return of items purchased and shipped internationally. If an item arrives broken or the incorrect item is received, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll be happy to help provide a refund for the item or arrange for a replacement.

Special Order Lead Times
Lead times quoted at the time of purchase are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Nickey Kehoe will provide ample notification of any anticipated delays in lead time. Lead/delivery times are not guaranteed and do not qualify as a reason for a return, cancellation or exchange. · Delays such as defective fabric (in-stock or COM) may affect lead-time. If an issue should arise with the fabric of choice – please be advised that the lead time is subject to change.
Will it Fit
Customer or Customer representative is responsible to ensure all furniture being ordered & delivered fits thru all doorways, hallways & elevators prior to purchase. Once the order is placed – Nickey Kehoe does not cancel orders once placed. Nickey Kehoe bears no responsibility with regard to measuring or determining whether an item will fit or not. Furniture disassembly services available that can assist but payment for this service comes from the customer.
All transactions on shop.nickeykehoe.com take place via a secure SSL encrypted server link. Credit/debit card information is not stored on our database. You will notice that the URL reads https:// when completing your transaction. This indicates a secure URL. This software is the industry standard and run by the servers at shopify.com. Please contact us anytime if you have any questions regarding the security of our site, but we can assure you that we have taken the required measures to insure it as such.
Warranties by You
In placing an order or making purchases from our website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information that you provide to nickeykehoe.com is true, accurate and complete and that you have legal authority to place an order.
