Trade Program FAQs

As a member of the Nickey Kehoe Trade Program, you’ll receive exclusive trade discount pricing both online and in-store, access to a robust COM program, and a dedicated Trade Representative to closely assist with your design project needs.

Members of our community also receive tax exemption on applicable orders and early access to new product launches and trade-only events.

We’re pleased to extend an additional personal-use discount to all registered members of the Nickey Kehoe Trade Program. Receive 25% off all custom-made NK Collection furniture and lighting orders placed for your personal home or design office use. Please note we are unable to expedite orders placed under our Personal Use Discount Program.

We are happy to extend tax exemption to all eligible program members. All online orders are processed as tax-exempt unless otherwise specified. To have tax applied, simply include details in the note field at checkout.

Invitation to the Nickey Kehoe Trade Program includes a dedicated online account that allows you to shop online with an automatically applied trade discount. Once logged in, your trade discount will display on all eligible items and is automatically applied at checkout.

Our Trade Program is open to all designers, architects, purchasing agents, and stylists. To apply, complete our Trade Application Form and we’ll respond within 24 hours with a confirmation email, invitation to create an online trade account, and additional details about our program.

We’re happy to offer complimentary fabric and wallpaper swatches. Our assortment of custom wood finishes are also available for a small cost. To request samples, click here. In order to reduce our shipping footprint, all mailed samples are yours to keep and do not need to be returned.

We require either a Seller’s Permit or Resale Certificate with all new Nickey Kehoe Trade Program applicants. A Seller’s Permit is a state license that allows you to sell items at the wholesale or retail level, certifies you are eligible for tax exemption, and allows you to issue resale certificates to suppliers.

Issuing a Resale Certificate allows you to buy items you will sell in your business operations without payment amounts for tax to your suppliers.

Nickey Kehoe Collection Furniture and Lighting are custom, one of a kind pieces made to order. Production lead times vary by product and may be found on each item’s online listing. For questions about a particular item, contact tradesales@nickeykehoe.com.


In Stock Items


Orders of smaller, in-stock items that ship via UPS are typically processed within 1-2 business days. For guidance on UPS Ground shipping times, please see UPS’s Shipping Estimates.


Made to Order Furniture & Lighting
Made to order Collection Furniture and Lighting typically ships within 2-4 weeks, depending on location, following completion of production.

Please note that we only ship using premium, blanket wrapped delivery services due to the custom, one of a kind nature of our pieces. Freighting and crating may be available at an additional cost. To inquire, contact tradesales@nickeykehoe.com.

In an effort to assist our designers and clients visualize in-store items in a specific environment, Nickey Kehoe offers a memo service which allows select in-store merchandise to be borrowed for a period of 24-48 hours. 

The client is fully liable for the memoed item(s) until returned to our possession in the same condition as it left the store.  This means that if an item has changed color, been refinished, is broken, dented, dinged, scratched, ripped, stained etc., then the client’s credit card will be charged the full retail value of the item.  All original tags and packaging must remain intact/unopened. Nickey Kehoe requires a  $1,500.00 merchandise minimum for memos. 

All memos are for a period of 24 hours for non-trade clients, and 48 hours for trade clients unless other arrangements are made.  If a memo is not returned by the agreed upon time frame, the client may be subject to a restocking fee. Use of borrowed merchandise in photoshoots or set design is not permitted. If the above policy is abused, memo privileges can be revoked.
