Wonder Valley's Olio Nuevo is olive oil in its purest form, a brief and triumphant proclamation of the season's start, to be used promptly and abundantly. A bright, intensely fresh extra virgin olive oil from the early autumn fruit, plucked from the trees at the first hint of ripening and then cold-pressed immediately, capturing the young olives at the height of their flavor and nutritional value. All of that vigor and freshness translates to an oil that is notably luminous and lively, with a bold flavor that lingers on the tongue. A favorite for avid cooks and oil lovers.

Notes: walnut, tomato leaf, and green tea shine through in the first few moments - quickly building into a peppery, green-grass robust finish. 

Perfect finishing oil for roasted vegetables, pasta, over a roast chicken or grilled piece of fish or to compliment buttery soft cheese in a salad.

Best used within 12 months of harvest date for optimal flavor and health benefits - however still a delicious extra virgin grade up to 18 months.

Please note that clients or third party couriers must provide their own packing materials. We are unable to provide packing materials or blanket wrapping, unless previously arranged with a salesperson.

White Glove Delivery

Quotes provided online and in store are valid for 30 days.

International Shipments

All household and small fine art and vintage items are shipped internationally via UPS. Duties, taxes and UPS shipment costs are displayed at checkout. For international orders, please allow 48-72 hours to process before shipment.
