Join Yuka Mizusawa and Riley Oikawa-Dahlso of Little Tokyo Florist for an ikebana floral arrangement workshop. Guided by the principles of Japanese flower arranging, participants will discover the beauty of shape, balance, and seasonal materials while creating their own arrangement to take home.
This class is open to all floral designers, both casual and experienced. You'll spend the morning honing your personal style under Yuka and Malina's guidance and return home with a beautiful arrangement.
For more than 40 years, Little Tokyo Florist has been one of the longest-standing flower shops in Los Angeles' historic Little Tokyo. A family-owned business, dedicated to sharing the beauty of Japanese culture through Ikebana, plants, floral artistry, and community engagement, serving generations of customers while honoring tradition.
At Little Tokyo Florist, they believe flowers are more than decoration, they are a way to connect with people, celebrate life's moments, and carry Japanese culture for future generations.
