While lead times for each piece vary, the Modern Sofa's current lead time is approximately 14-16 weeks. Lead times begin once your order's fabric is received.

Each piece made to order with exacting standards in our family owned and operated workrooms and is available for customization using our assortment of Holland & Sherry, Howe at 36 Bourne Street, and Susan Deliss fabrics as well as an array of custom hand-applied wood finishes.

Our collection is delivered with the same care it is crafted in. Nickey Kehoe utilizes premium White Glove Delivery service to ship our custom-made furniture and lighting. Delivery includes blanket wrapped transport and delivery with inside placement of each piece.
